A2A Simulations ogłosiło prace nad nowym samolot

Studio A2A Simulations od jakiegoś czasu sygnalizowało, że pracuje nad samolotem do MSFS-a 2024, którego jeszcze nie miało w swoim portfolio. We wtorek ogłoszono, jaki to będzie model.

Będzie to Legacy RG550 – eksperymentalny samolot o wysokiej wydajności, składany z zestawu do samodzielnego montażu.

– Legacy RG550 to elegancki, szybki, wydajny i niezwykle osobisty samolot. Jako samolot budowany w zestawach, nie ma dwóch identycznych egzemplarzy. Każdy z nich emanuje charakterem i kunsztem konstruktora. Ta indywidualność idealnie wpisuje się w filozofię Accu-Sim, opartą na idei posiadania i eksploatacji maszyny – informuje A2A Simulations.

Do symulatora zostanie przeniesiony konkretny model Legacy RG550, który przez lata był własnością Scotta Gentile’a, założyciela A2A.

– Samolot ten naturalnie wpisuje się we flotę obok Accu-Sim Comanche 250 i Accu-Sim Aerostar 600, rozszerzając ofertę o świat eksperymentalnych modeli kompozytowych o wysokiej wydajności, przy jednoczesnym zachowaniu realizmu, z którego słynie A2A – dodaje studio.

Legacy RG550 będzie oferował w pełni niestandardową fizykę lotu, spersonalizowane udźwiękowienie, symulację zużycia i eksploatacji samolotu, wiele konfiguracji awioniki (w tym Garmin G5, który prawdopodobnie trafi również do Comanche i Aerostara), realistyczną symulację systemów oraz silnika.

Premiera nowego samolotu jest planowana na drugi kwartał 2026 r.

A2A Simulations has been hinting for some time that they were working on a brand-new aircraft for MSFS 2024—one never before seen in their portfolio. On Tuesday, the studio finally pulled back the curtain.

The new addition will be the Legacy RG550, a high-performance experimental aircraft built from a kit.

„The Legacy RG550 is a sleek, fast, efficient, and deeply personal aircraft. As a kit-built plane, no two examples are identical. Each one radiates the character and craftsmanship of its builder. This individuality fits perfectly with the Accu-Sim philosophy, which is centered on the idea of aircraft ownership and operation,” A2A Simulations stated.

The version coming to the simulator is a specific Legacy RG550 that was owned for years by Scott Gentile, the founder of A2A.

„This aircraft is a natural fit in the fleet alongside the Accu-Sim Comanche 250 and the Accu-Sim Aerostar 600. It expands our lineup into the world of high-performance composite experimentals while maintaining the realism that A2A is famous for,” the studio added.

Key Features and Specifications

The Legacy RG550 will include:

• Fully custom flight physics and personalized soundscapes.
• Wear and tear simulation based on actual usage.
• Multiple avionics configurations, including the Garmin G5 (which will likely also be added to the Comanche and Aerostar).
• Realistic systems and engine simulation.

Release Date

The launch of the new aircraft is scheduled for the second quarter of 2026.
