Jeszcze dziś użytkownicy Microsoft Flight Simulatora 2024 będą mogli polecieć samolotem MD-11. Studio TFDi Design zapowiedziało bowiem wydanie długo oczekiwanej aktualizacji.

MD-11 dla Microsoft Flight Simulatora 2024 – oprócz samej kompatybilności z nowym symulatorem – ma zyskać znaczącą poprawę aspektów wizualnych. Zdecydowano się bowiem na kompletny „remont” kadłuba samolotu – przebudowano go od podstaw, dodano brakujące detale, oprawiono animacje. Całkowitej przebudowie uległa również kabina pasażerska – to samo dotyczy kokpitu. W ramach aktualizacji pojawić się też mają nowe silniki Pratt & Whitney.

W ramach pakietu Extended Simulation wprowadzonych zostanie ponad 160 scenariuszy awarii, a także konieczność konserwacji i rutynowej obsługi serwisowej kilku kluczowych systemów.

Aktualizacja ma zostać wydana 12 stycznia o godz. 17:00 czasu polskiego. Koszt zaktualizowania posiadanej już wersji MSFS 2020 do 2024 wyniesie 5 USD / 4,30 EUR / 3,73 GBP.

Later today, Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 users will be able to fly the MD-11, as TFDi Design has announced the release of its long-awaited update.

In addition to compatibility with the new simulator, the MD-11 for MSFS 2024 will feature significant visual improvements. The developers decided on a complete „overhaul” of the aircraft’s fuselage, rebuilding it from scratch with added details and enhanced animations. Both the passenger cabin and the cockpit have also been entirely redesigned. Furthermore, the update will introduce the new Pratt & Whitney engine variants.

Extended Simulation and Maintenance

As part of the Extended Simulation package, over 160 failure scenarios will be introduced, along with the requirement for maintenance and routine servicing of several key systems.
